Development of a new trade fair concept comprising an important point of departure for the global market

Brief overview of the assignment:

Trade fair participation is a strategic option for Kongskilde Industries and they participate in a number of different trade fairs around the entire world every year. Up to 2018 their development work and participation involving all these trade fairs had been performed under their own auspices, but in connection with a new strategic plan for the company, its sales and marketing organisation desired to outsource the work and have completely new ideas developed for its future trade fair and stand concept. The K-Show trade fair, held every third year, is one of the two most important industry exhibitions for Kongskilde Industries, comprising a point of entry into the global market and it is precisely here in 2019 where the desire was to introduce a new trade fair concept.

Exhicom Expo Competence was given the assignment of designing and delivering a completely new exhibition concept, intended to characterise and support the Kongeskilde Industries brand as being one of the foremost in the world in its field. Among other things, the assignment consisted of designing a stand concept with a pronounced expression and clear profile which simultaneously is super-flexible in being able to accommodate large or small stand areas at different trade fairs. The assignment was a turnkey delivery containing concept design, a graphical design proposal for wall hangings and communications, project management, production of new equipment, installation on-site and internal/external logistics as well as storage of the new exhibition equipment.
